Hi, I’m Shazeen.
I help businesses get discovered, named and recommended in AI answers when their ideal customers ask questions about the services they offer.
And before you say, “But I’m already ranking on Google.”
Great. That still matters.
But what happens when your potential customer skips Google and asks ChatGPT, Claude or another AI tool instead?
That question is what got me interested in AI visibility in the first place.
I didn’t see the problem at first.
I’ve spent most of my career working in content and copywriting.
For years, the game was pretty straightforward: understand what people are searching for, create useful content, make sure Google can find it, and work towards getting that business in front of the right people.
Then things started changing.
One day, I was searching for clothing brands near me using AI. What showed up was a list of 10 brands. And naturally, I expected to see my favorite one in it.
It had all things aligned:
The brand recognition.
The marketing budget.
The online presence.
But AI didn’t mention them. At all.
That’s when I understood that the game has shifted.
Because if someone is asking AI who they should consider and your business isn’t even in the answer, your Google ranking doesn’t help much now, does it?
And that got me curious.
- What makes AI decide which businesses to mention?
- Why does one business get recommended while another seemingly similar business doesn’t?
- And, more importantly, what can a business actually do about it?
So I started digging.
This is where my two worlds came together.
I’ve spent 9+ years working with words.
Content. Copy. Search. Messaging. Strategy.
A big part of that work has always been about understanding the human on the other side of the screen.
What are they looking for?
What do they care about?
What makes them trust you?
What makes them choose you?
Now there’s another layer to figure out.
How do you make sure the machines understand your business well enough to put you in front of those people in the first place?
That’s the problem I’m interested in solving.
I don’t think AI visibility is a tracker problem.
There are plenty of tools that can tell you where you stand.
And yes, that information is useful.
But knowing your AI visibility score went from 23% to 31% doesn’t magically make you more visible.
You need to know why you’re showing up.
Why you’re not.
What your competitors are doing differently.
What information AI can actually find about your business.
And what needs to change.
That’s why my approach is solution-oriented, not mechanism-driven.
We use tracking to understand what’s happening. Then we work on what can actually move the needle.
The tracker isn’t the product. Improving your visibility is.
And I’m not here to promise you a magic button.
AI answers aren’t controlled by businesses. They can change depending on the question, platform, location, available sources and a whole lot of other variables.
So no, I can’t promise that you’ll be recommended every time someone asks AI about your service.
What I can do is help you understand where you currently stand, identify the gaps that may be holding your visibility back, and work on the things that can make your business easier for AI systems to discover and understand.
Because the goal isn’t to chase a score.
It’s to make sure your business has a fair shot at being part of the conversation when your customers start asking AI for answers.
Who I work with
I work with businesses that already have something worth finding.
You don’t need to be a huge brand.
You do need to be serious about being discoverable.
If your customers are researching before they buy, if you already have an online presence, and if you’re willing to play the long game rather than look for an overnight visibility hack, we’ll probably have something to talk about.
If you’re looking for a button you can press and wake up tomorrow to 50 AI recommendations?
Yeah. I’m probably not your person.
So, why me?
Because I’ve already spent years figuring out how businesses get found through content and search.
Now the way people find businesses is changing.
I’m interested in figuring out what that means, what actually works, and how businesses can adapt before they’re forced to.
I’m still learning too.
The difference is, I’m doing the digging so you don’t have to do all of it yourself.
And if AI is becoming another place where your customers discover businesses, I think it’s worth knowing whether yours is showing up.
Because getting found matters, wherever your customers are looking.
